Refund and Returns Policy

At SoyUnique, we take pride in the quality of our handmade candles, wax melts, and fragrance products. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns for Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Purchases made on www.soyunique.eu may be returned within 30 days of shipment for any reason, provided that:

• The product is unused
• The product is in new, original condition
• The product is returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not cover return shipping fees or services
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• You must provide clear photos of the damage
• Photos must be submitted before safely discarding the product

Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes:

• Custom-made candles
• Personalised designs
• Made-to-order items

If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us directly so we can discuss the matter and find a fair solution where possible. Customers are informed of this policy before purchase, and by placing an order for a custom item, you agree to these terms.

Fragrance Oils – No Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance oils are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy is in place to prevent:

• Product tampering
• Contamination risks
• Safety concerns

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing fragrance oils.

EU Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws. Where applicable, your legal rights remain protected.
