We offer DPD Courier (home delivery) and DPD Pickup (Parcelshop) services for Slovakia and selected EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated per order up to 20 kg.

Important Information About Shipping

• The shipping prices listed are approximate and are calculated for parcels up to 20 kg. The actual shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, size, and packaging of your order.
• Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and DPD service. For domestic orders within Slovakia, parcels usually arrive within 1–3 business days. For EU countries, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, but please allow extra time during busy periods or holidays.
• All prices are before VAT (DPH). VAT will be added at checkout according to the law. This is required for all orders within the EU.
• We always recommend ordering in advance if you need your items by a specific date, especially for gifts or seasonal items.

• Please note that free shipping is automatically applied for orders over €75 in Slovakia or over €120 in EU countries. For orders below these thresholds, the flat-rate shipping costs listed in our table will apply.
